Our 7 minute graduation interview: skills you use in the real world
You graduate feeling confident about your ability to respect, appreciate and be curious about how you and others approach life. You know how to quickly discern similarities or differences, and forge the connections you want. This is our invitation.
 
How do you measure this? The real measure is how well you apply what you’ve learned to get the results you want. PSI Communications training lets you immediately apply your new knowledge in ordinary conversations. In real life your skills need to be so well integrated that they are automatic reflexes.
 
On the last day of training you have an amiable 7 minute interview with someone new. By the time you say goodbye, you’ll be able to accurately assess: three key beliefs, three core values, what motivates them and how they learn best. And both of you will have a great time talking together!
 
That’s what works in the real world. Knowing how to connect and to genuinely appreciate someone else is the starting point. Respecting what you each want, you can move forward together.
