In our 2 day workshop you will learn the key Cross-Cultural Communication skills. Why cross-cultural? Because we are all from different "countries" inside ourselves -- and need to learn HOW to reach that person next to us -- who dwells in another land.
You will learn core skills that you can apply immediately:
-- How to recognize and read someone else's key signals
-- How to get exactly the information you want by asking
special "neutral" questions"
-- How to recognize, create and SEND the signals you want to send (the best communicators are aware of their own
patterns and strengths)
-- You'll learn how to present your Body Language ~Business Card
-- How to tell when there is a clear decision, a "yes" or a "no"
-- How to change your focus so you can achieve your goals
-- How to invite someone to an upbeat or resourceful state of mind
-- How to discover true points of agreement and how to strengthen trust
You'll be with interesting and intelligent people who are curious and committed to learning better communications. You will learn some new research findings in neuroscience and how to apply them. This is a fast-paced intensive workshop with lots of opportunity to safely practice new skills.
